Service Description
There will come a time in your ministry or personal leadership when you need some additional help with moving to the next level. Your personal Coach will start with a 360° Leadership Assessment and listen to your leadership needs. Once the 360° Assessment is complete, your personal Coach and you will create a 360° GROWPlan. Using your customized 360° GROWPlan as a guide, your Coach will come alongside you for a period of 90-Days as you journey to your next level of leadership and ministry. The 360° Coaching Model is customized for each leader and is perfectly designed for developing current leadership, on board new staff, or for a leader embarking on a new ministry season or endeavor. In addition to long-term coaching support, our team can be available for extra hours during important ministry events and initiatives. Once you are ready, we will match you with a coach who is well-suited to your background and personality to serve as a confidant, motivator and trusted collaborator. Our Coaches are trained and certified, and we use our proven process that combines an in-person interview, 360° personalized assessments, bi-weekly coaching calls, and ongoing action plans to ensure personal results.
