About Us

We are a faith-based executive coaching and consulting firm serving churches, schools, nonprofits, and values-driven businesses. Rooted in kingdom values, we exist to strengthen leadership, develop culture, and advance mission through strategic consulting, executive coaching, and executive search services.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Executive Assistant—a high-capacity, mission-aligned professional who will serve as the right-hand partner to our CEO and an organizational linchpin for our consultant team. This is not a traditional assistant role—this is a strategic support position for a highly relational, fast-moving leader. You will work closely with the CEO on executive coaching logistics, project coordination, client communication, and overall strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Administrative Support

  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, proactively anticipating needs and managing tasks.

  • Maintain CEO’s calendar, inbox, and task lists with efficiency, clarity, and confidentiality.

  • Join key meetings to take notes, document action items, and assist with follow-up.

Project & Consultant Team Support

  • Coordinate deliverables for client engagements including:

    • Executive Search Profiles, analytics, candidate packets, and video presentations.

    • Client culture surveys and candidate interview logistics.

  • Manage team communications, scheduling, and consultant support for meetings and events.

  • Support the facilitation of bi-annual Coaching Network gatherings, from planning to execution.

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Ensure all communications—internal and external—reflect a high standard of excellence and warmth.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with team members, clients, and candidates.

  • Represent the CEO and consultants with professionalism and service-oriented care.

Event & Travel Coordination

  • Assist with booking and coordinating travel for consultants and candidates.

  • Support onsite events, ministry workshops, or trade shows (light travel required).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience supporting a senior leader in a church, search firm, faith-based organization, nonprofit, or business setting.

  • Excellent administrative skills: scheduling, digital organization, and communication management.

  • Project management capabilities with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Zoom, and cloud-based CRMs or project management platforms.

Who You Are

  • Mission-Aligned: You have a passion for serving faith-based and values-driven organizations—even if their theology differs from yours.

  • Strategic & Creative: You enjoy problem-solving, designing systems, and creating beautiful, professional CANVA documents.

  • Relational & Discerning: You have strong interpersonal intuition and professional presence.

  • Discreet & Trustworthy: You handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.

  • Proactive & Flexible: You thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, embracing new projects with enthusiasm.

  • Team-Oriented: You’re a collaborative, servant-hearted contributor who makes those around you better.

Bonus Points If You Are...

  • Based in the Dallas, TX or Orange County, CA areas.

  • Experienced in executive search, coaching, ministry leadership, or consulting.

  • Excited by long-term growth, with interest in potentially transitioning to a full-time role in the future.

  • Expert in CANVA and document creation.

This Role is for You if You Are a:

  • Creative Strategist who loves working in Canva and crafting professional documents.

  • Innovative Thinker who brings fresh solutions to recurring challenges.

  • Detail-Oriented Organizer who thrives on clarity, planning, and execution.

  • Passionate Professional who seeks purpose, not just a paycheck or another side gig.

  • Kingdom-Minded Contributor who believes in the transformative impact of healthy leadership.
